Who is the accessible seating (PSH/PMR) offer intended for?
The ticketing service for people with disabilities is reserved for holders of a disability card with a disability rating of over 80% and for individuals with one of the disabilities listed below :
Wheelchair user spectator
Spectator with reduced mobility
Spectator with hearing impairment
Spectator with visual impairment
Spectator with intellectual disability
What does the accessible seating (PSH/PMR) offer include?
The accessible seating (PSH/PMR) offer allows people with disabilities to access adapted seating areas at Stade Atlantique – Bordeaux Métropole.
Subject to availability, each person holding a disability card with a disability rating of over 80% may reserve one complimentary PSH/PMR ticket per event day, with or without an accompanying person.
The accompanying person’s ticket is subject to a fee and limited to one person. To benefit from this offer, it is mandatory to complete the “Accessible Seating (PSH/PMR) Offer” form in order to obtain access rights to the purchasing process
Please note that seat requests will be processed in the order in which applications are received and subject to availability.
How can I book an accessible seating (PSH/PMR) offer?
You already have an account:
- If you already have a FFR account and your details have already been validated, you can go directly to step 2.
You don’t have an account:
- Click on “Log in” at the top right of your screen.
- Create an account. An email will be sent to your address to activate your account. Please note that this email does not yet approve your request.
Important: please complete all fields in the form so that we can review your application.
Once your application has been processed, you will be notified by email whether it has been approved or rejected.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR EACH DAY OF THE HSBC BORDEAUX SEVENS, THE NUMBER OF AVAILABLE TICKETS IS LIMITED.
Parking requests must be made at the time of the initial ticket request — no parking spaces will be allocated through a second request.
