USE OF THE E-TICKET
Can I give my e-ticket to someone else?
The purchased e-ticket is not nominative. E-tickets are delivered to the Customer in digital format via their customer account accessible on the Website. The Customer must download their e-tickets onto a mobile device (phone or tablet) or print them from their customer account in order to present them at the stadium entrance. If printed, e-tickets must be printed on a blank white A4 sheet, single-sided, in order to be valid.
Each e-ticket features a unique barcode. The validity of each e-ticket is checked at the stadium entrance using barcode scanners. It is not possible to enter the stadium multiple times with the same e-ticket. Only the first holder to present an e-ticket will be admitted to the stadium to attend the event, and this person will be presumed to be the legitimate holder of the e-ticket.
It is prohibited to reproduce, duplicate, or counterfeit a ticket in any way whatsoever, or to make a ticket available for such purposes.
The Seller may refuse access to the Match when several prints, reproductions, copies, or imitations of the same e-ticket are in circulation and when access to the stadium has already been granted to a holder of the corresponding ticket. The Seller is not required to verify the identity of the holder presenting the e-ticket or to check the authenticity of the e-ticket, insofar as any copy or imitation cannot be identified with certainty during the access control to the Match. The holder of an e-ticket whose access is denied because the same ticket has already been used by a previous holder is not entitled to any refund.
It is prohibited to use, resell, or exchange tickets for promotional or commercial purposes.
Law No. 2012-348 of March 12, 2012 protects spectators against the resale of tickets by any company or individual not authorized by the event producer. In accordance with this law (Article 313-6-2 of the French Penal Code), it is prohibited to resell event tickets on a regular basis without the express authorization of the event producer. Failure to comply with Article 313-6-2 of the French Penal Code is punishable by a €15,000 fine. This penalty is increased to a €30,000 fine in the event of a repeat offence.
